Why is there a setup fee?
The setup fee pays for your custom AI agent build: business knowledge and workflow configuration, the agreed cloud deployment, approved Gmail and Telegram connections, testing, team onboarding, and handoff. The approved offer specifies exactly what is included.
Can my agent launch within 24 hours?
The target is an initial launch within 24 hours after your scope, business facts, required access, and approvals are complete. Complex integrations and provider approvals may take longer. Around-the-clock cloud operation begins after activation, subject to the service agreement.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
We review your phone provider and routing options during discovery. Compatibility and forwarding costs must be confirmed before implementation.
Does a higher commission guarantee more sales?
No. Commission does not change your projected sales. Results depend on demand, lead quality, your offer, recovery and conversion. Additional services must be specified in an approved offer.
How does the new-customer offer work?
Regular setup is $2,499. Eligible new customers receive $1,000 off setup, bringing it to $1,499. Monthly service is $999. Eligibility is confirmed in your approved offer.
When does monthly billing begin?
The first $999 monthly charge is scheduled 30 days after confirmed setup completion. Setup is charged at purchase. Setup and monthly fees apply regardless of conversions.
What is the commission based on?
The proposed default is 20%, with a 10% minimum. Revenue commission requires agreed collected-revenue attribution. A qualified-lead fee is a separate model with an explicit monetary amount and acceptance criteria. Estimates are never invoices.
Are the text and voice demos live AI?
They are isolated scripted walkthroughs. Voice uses supported browser speech features. A production AI, phone system and calendar need provider configuration before activation. No demo activity reserves real appointments.
Which calendars and CRMs can I use?
We review your current systems and agree the supported integrations. The sales workspace stores requests and follow-up status. External calendar and phone integrations are not connected yet.
What happens next?
Submit your requirements, review a specific approved offer, and accept its scope and billing terms. Payments remain disabled until Stripe is activated. Your portal keeps your profile, support requests and agreements together.
How do cancellation and data handling work?
Cancellation, refunds and service terms must be stated in your approved offer before purchase. The privacy notice describes current storage. Avoid uploading customer, patient or other sensitive records.
